Experience: 1-4 years (US IT Recruitment)
Should be able to understand the Requirement Properly
Strong experience working on portals
Sound in sourcing profiles on various Technologies and Niche skills
Knowledge & Expertise of Complete Life-Cycle of recruitment
Strong negotiation, problem solving, and team playing skills

Business Development Manager

Experience: 3-6 years (US IT Staffing, RPO)
Should be responsible for all aspects of Staffing solutions sales and business development, business planning, and marketing
Should have the ability to do new business development, client servicing and generate new Business.
Ability to work as a team player
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to bring new client

Pre-Sales Executive

Experience: 1-2 years (US IT Staffing, RPO)
A high level of Techno Commercial abilities
Must have experience in Managing Key Accounts
Client relationship management should be his forte
Seek & Develop new clients
Attend client meetings and contribute to success.
Ensure speedy realization of receivables.
Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities
